Our rates includes standard Loss or Damage Cover, unlimited klm, registration recovery fees. Petrol is the responsibility of the hirer. Our rates change occasionally however once you have booked your vehicle the rates on your booking are guaranteed.

Payment is not required until the day of pick up, however payment can be made prior to your rental if you wish please contact office if required. No deposit is payable in the event you have selected a zero excess option, however a credit card in the name of the hirer is still required for security reasons. If the damage cover option you have selected has an excess then we require to pre authorize the excess at the time of rental on the nominated credit card. If your rental is longer than 30 days then we charge the excess as a deposit and then refund it back after your rental has returned subject to there being no loss or damage. Generally it takes about 7 days to receive your deposit back depending on which bank you use. If you have travel insurance and have selected a damage cover option with an excess then in the event of loss or damage you must pay us the excess amount and then claim it back of your travel insurance. The Cardholder must be present at time of rental. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos card, cash or direct bank transfer . We do not accept Amex or Dinners card. If you are paying by Eftpos card, cash or direct bank transfer we require that you take out our Premium Liability Reduction option. Local renters are subject to additional qualifying procedures and are also required to pay a deposit.

Unlimited KLM are provided with all our vehicles subject to usage within the area of use.

When you rent one of our vehicles we have tried to make setting up tolls as easy as we can for you.

Our vehicles are fitted with toll tags and all vehicle registrations are added to our account.

When you travel through a toll point we will then process your tolls through our system and they will be automatically charged to the credit card you supply us.

Linkt will charge our account and we will pass on to you the cost of the toll plus a $1 processing fee.

All hirers must have a full current drivers license which may be from any state in Australian, Overseas domestic or International.

Minimum age for rental is 21 years, the maximum is 75 years. Drivers aged between 21-25 are not permitted to drive some categories of vehicles and a surcharge and higher damage liability may apply.

Most vehicles are required to be used within a 250-400 Klm radius. Rentals outside this area can be organized but must be approved prior to the rental and a surcharge may apply. All vehicles are for on road use only.

Pick up from your Hotel, Motel. Residential or Business address is provided and is subject to a minimum rental period and/or a small fee.

We offer a meet and greet service at both the Domestic and International terminals, We provide a free shuttle bus pick up and drop off service from the terminals to our office only a few minutes drive. A good selection of approved reversible baby seats and booster seats available for children of all ages. The rates for baby capsules or baby seats is $4.40 per day with a maximum of $33 per rental or for booster seats $4.40 per day with a maximum of $33 per rental. From March 2010 Queensland law will require all children under the age of 7 to sit in an approved car restraint. GPS NAVIGATION UNITS are available for rent at $4.40 per day with a maximum of $33 per rental.

Cancellation fee apply as follows
No cancel fee shall be payable providing you give us more than 7 days notice from your pick up time. If you cancel booking within 24 hours - 7 days - a $100 cancellation fee shall be payable
If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to arrive / collect vehicle - up to the full amount of the rental will be payable.
